  • Recommendation of daily yoga postures, breath work, essential oils, teas and spices given after consultation to compliment healing.

  • Practiced in the comfort of your own home unless other arrangements have been made.

  • Yoga can be a low impact movement that improves flexibility, strength and endurance. Yoga can be used on its own or in conjunction with other sports and activities. Yoga therapy provides an additional support and commitment to be practiced several times after first consultation. Repetition and practice ensures benefits and success. Yoga Therapy encompasses the whole body and focuses on specific organs, injuries or need to the individual.
